We’re two ex-colleagues from the world of big telecoms who realised something important: there’s often a massive gap between being “connected” and actually getting the most out of your technology.

We’ve all been there — your broadband’s working (apparently), but the TV won’t connect, Netflix keeps buffering, and you’re stuck in a never-ending loop of “Have you tried turning it off and on again?” Meanwhile, the broadband provider says it’s not their problem, Netflix won’t help with your WiFi, and the TV company doesn’t have a human being in sight.

So… who does help?

That question came up time and time again while working in customer service – and it led to the creation of Axion Continuum.

We’re a no-nonsense, human-first tech support company that helps real people get real help with real problems — whether it’s at home, in the car, or even down at the allotment (yes, we’ve done that too).
